Een kamp met impact.
Hoe langer de pleeghuizen bestaan, hoe ouder de pleegkinderen zijn die er opgevangen worden. Om hen voor te bereiden op het volwassen leven buiten de pleeghuizen, is er een transitie programma ontwikkeld. Onderdeel hiervan is een speciaal kamp, gericht op relaties versterken, diepe gesprekken voeren en weerbaarheid vergroten.
