Skills Centre

Skills Centre

Teaching young people social and practical skills.

The 18-year-olds from Rainbow School can transition to the Rainbow Skills Centre. Here, they participate in various programs, including woodwork, catering, gardening, and needlework. Local businesses, for example, order lunch for their employees from the Rainbow Catering department. The practical and social skills the young people learn at the Skills Centre help reduce their distance from the job market. They love learning things here that they never thought possible.

The stroopwafel bakery *Soete Swaan* is also part of the Skills Centre. Orders for these delicious stroopwafels come in from all over the country. This way, the young people can even start earning an income and learn how to manage money.
