Skills Centre

Where young people learn valuable social and practical skills.

Rainbow School’s 18-year-olds can move on to the Rainbow Skills Center. Here they participate in various programs, including woodwork, catering, vegetable gardening and needlework. The skills the young people learn at the Skills Centre, both practical and social, increase their chances on the job market. They love learning things here that they never thought possible.

Take a look at the Skills Centre

The youth learn to develop products and services with which to create income. For example, companies in the area order lunch for their employees from Rainbow Catering. The Soete Swaan stroopwafel bakery is also part of the Skills Centre. Orders come in from all over the country for these delicious Dutch delicacies. This is how the young people learn to handle money and we hope to eventually place them with local businesses and organizations.
