Noah’s Ark Preschool

Investing in children’s development from an early age

At Noah’s Ark Preschool, a solid foundation for development is laid. Through lots of play, crafts, singing, dancing and reading, children are playfully prepared for our primary school King’s College.

Broad development

Two nutritious meals a day, educational toys, outdoor sports and games, brushing teeth together, making music: everything is aimed at allowing the children to develop as broadly as possible. At Noah’s Ark, we make every effort to provide the children with a rich learning environment: challenging materials and activities that stimulate curiosity and an urge to explore, and invite them to play, experiment and learn.

Language development is also very important at this age because the children have to deal with three languages at home: English, Afrikaans and Xhosa. So there is a lot of reading aloud in the classrooms. Bible stories are a favorite with the children.
